Keith comes to us with 15 years of experience and a background spanning distribution, industrial fluids and coolants, and metalworking. He worked for Fastenal in National Accounts for 5 years before moving into coolant sales. Following coolant sales, Keith transitioned into a Regional Sales & Operations role for NTK Cutting Tools and spent 8 years growing the Great Lakes Region. Most recently, Keith served as Sales Director for Haydale Ceramic Technologies. Keith seeks to serve as a solutions architect for his customers providing process improvements and capturing cost savings.

Shawn has over 30 years of experience in the metalworking industry. Prior to joining the world of sales, Shawn was with Adena Tool for 6 years running CNC machines. He then spent 19 years at Dayton Supply and Tool as Inside Sales Manager then moving onto Branch Manager. After Dayton Supply and Tool was sold to Motion Industries, he became an Application Engineer at Sandvik. Most recently he’s spent a couple years at Greenleaf and MSC as Metalworking Specialist.

Dave has worked in the industry for over 40 years. His experience ranges from working on the shop floor to focusing on engineering and process improvements. He worked for Seco as an Application Specialist for 10 years. He also worked for MSC Industrial Supply for 10 years as a Metalworking Specialist. He was awarded the title of #1 Metalworking Specialist in 2011 and became part of the prestigious SID’s Club. He has spent most of his career focusing on value added selling through process improvements and documented cost savings at the customers.
