Flextur was established in 2022 as new brand of Pioneer Corp. a family owned Amish business founded in 1978. In the agricultural equipment and fabrication industry they became known for innovation, quality products and elite customer service, Flextur is currently one of 5 businesses operated by the Wengerd family. Pioneer operates in a state of the art facility in Dalton, Ohio where all Flextur products are produced. Flextur is utilizing technologies like laser cutting, CNC forming and machining, with several robot and cobot cells along with Flextur products to inclrease efficiency and productivity. Heavily influenced by LEAN and 5S concepts taught to the team in the early 2000‘s, Flextur - A Pioneer Company strives to be a LEAN Enterprise. It is this journey that has established a culture of continuos improvement, and has been the launch point for many of the cancepts, that became the Flextur products you see today. Flextur Work Cell Systems featuring Gridlok provide Rigid Flexibility that assists industry in achieving greater efficiency, and higher productivity while promoting accuracy and safety.
