Company History

Vega Industries, Inc. was established in January of 2001 as a sales and warehousing arm for our parent company Compass Corporation. Compass is a leading manufacturer of fastener driving tools and accessories with headquarters in Tainan, Taiwan. Compass has all manufacturing processes in house from raw material cutting to heat treatment and packaging and currently employs 400 people.

In the U.S., Vega started off targeting the STAFDA and Fastener markets. We have since made a push into the Industrial market as well.

Product Offering Highlights

We offer a high quality product at a very competitive price. Our core product line consists of a wide range of fastener driving tools such as screwdriver bits, bit holders, nutsetters, socket adapters and extensions, L-Keys, T-Handles, and a variety of sets. Soon we will be introducing our new impact socket line (Phase I). We are licensees for the following fastener drive systems also: TORX®, TORX Plus®, TORX Align®, ACR®, TORQ-SET®, TRI-WING®, PHILLIPS SQUARE-DRIV®, MORTORQ®, MORTORQ SUPER®, and POZIDRIV®.
