HISTORY:
Founded in Los Angeles by Jack Newberry in 1967, MICRO 100 has its corporate offices, manufacturing and distribution center headquarted in Meridian, Idaho. Their state of the art facility offers one of the largest ad more complete lines of super carbide solid and brazed tools available in the machine tool industry. During the company’s 40 year program in development and perfecting these super carbide tools, MICRO 100 has made a significant contribution in improving metal cutting. MICRO 100 offers one grade of carbide, which performs in all materials. This super carbide will not chip or break under normal machining conditions. The company was the first to introduce a complete package of Solid Carbide tools. More recent tool introductions include a large variety of standard and metric carbide end mills, carbide drill-mills, and indexable products. MICRO 100 also has capabilities to build a wide range of special carbide tooling to customer specifications.
